User Guidelines

General

As part of completing application form OMCTP-1, users agree to the general terms of use of the Online Mining Cadastre Transactional Portal:

No user shall attempt to transgress any security features of the Online Mining Cadastre Transactional Portal
No user shall share or otherwise allow another person to use their authentication /password information
No agent shall perform any activity that is not authorised by the company or persons that they represent
No user shall perform any activity that transgresses any laws or regulations of the United Republic of Tanzania
If the Mining Commission becomes aware of any violation of the terms of use, it reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove access to the Online Mining Cadastre Transactional Portal for the individual/s concerned, and where necessary, take legal action.

The Commission indemnifies itself against any act performed by an agent or representative that is not performed under instruction from the company or individual represented.
